A nasal mist version of the H1N1 vaccine was the first to arrive in the Triangle, good news for youngsters who got to avoid a shot.  But kids under 9 years old will need a second dose of vaccine to be fully immunized. In just three days of clinics, the Wake County Health Department ran through 3,500 doses of H1N1 vaccine, forcing it to suspend vaccinations until the next shipment arrives.
